We begin with a consultation and comprehensive Life Coaching or Wellness Foundational assessment to help you compassionately assess where you are now in your overall life and wellness and where you want to go. Then we clarify your objectives and create a strategy for making lifestyle changes, starting with small, do-able steps, building on each success, creating momentum that carries you forward and sustains change. The quantum boost of HeartMath principles or courses may be included.
Coaching creates partnership by: • Listening • Supporting what is working • Being encouraging and sincere •Helping you anticipate, identify and resolve roadblocks • Making powerful requests and • Offering accountability. The coaching relationship is confidential, dynamic and empowering.
Clients who apply themselves to coaching have more focus, more time, more resources and greater fulfillment. They learn to heighten their awareness of internal and self-imposed obstacles and to cultivate an ability to respond to events and circumstances out of choice. They receive support and acknowledgment. Their lives are more balanced and congruent with their values and intentions.
Coaching can be done in person in Costa Mesa, California or, more commonly, over the phone using email and fax to exchange materials.
